PHILOSOPHY
The project’s philosophy draws on ice and fire - two opposing forces of heat and cold. We explore the collision of ice and fire through the lens of eternity. It is the interplay of these two elements that gives rise to life on our planet.
Ice preserves the memory of time, while volcanoes erupt with the fiery energy of the Earth, waiting for its release. Ice, melted by the rays of a blazing star, offers the chance for life to flourish. Together, these elements embody the eternal cycle of creation and transformation.
HALLS
The elevator lobbies and hallways of Ice Towers carry the signature theme of the residence expressed here through a dialogue of cool stone surfaces and warm metal accents.
COWORKING SPACE
A zone where all residents of the "Ice Towers" can work, study, or collaborate.
The overall mood is calm yet vibrant, minimal yet expressive - a perfect tension between natural serenity and modern sharpness. It’s a space where contrast becomes harmon
The unique feature is creating a caustic effect on the walls. This effect produces a play of light that mimics the shimmer of water, as if gentle waves are flowing across the surface. The effect adds dynamic energy to the space.
The concept of flame is expressed through warm natural woods, deep terracotta-red accents from different materials.
The theme of ice is emphasized through the use of blue and turquoise hues, which dominate the interior. Glossy finishes and polished glass add lightness and transparency to the space. The design features numerous glass elements - not just partitions, but also furniture and lighting.
The staircase railings are crafted from epoxy resin with trapped air bubbles. This technique evokes associations with ice formations and ocean depths, infusing the interior with a sense of natural mystery. The backlighting enhances the effect, making the space even more striking and immersive.
Wellness Zone
Ice Towers residential complex offers its residents not just comfortable living, but a full-fledged infrastructure for relaxation, self-care, and active leisure. For convenience, the complex features dedicated wellness zones:
A massage room - the perfect place to unwind and recharge after a long day.
A manicure salon
In addition, for "Ice Towers" we designed a fitness center, a cozy projection area perfect for movie nights or social gatherings, and a spacious open terrace where you can relax while taking in breathtaking city views.
