This project embodies the harmony of simplicity and sophistication, designed for a future owner who values space, convenience, and aesthetic perfection. The request came from a realtor to create an interior that would attract a young family: dynamic, ambitious, and modern.
Concept and Vision
We envisioned the future residents: a young family with a child, leading an active lifestyle. The space had to accommodate multiple scenarios: a place for social gatherings, a cozy corner for solitude, a functional workspace, and a comfortable environment for family life.
This apartment is more than just a living space — it’s a well-thought-out system. It features a separate walk-in closet and laundry area for organization, a spacious kitchen island for culinary creativity, a workspace, and a relaxation corner in the bedroom, where every detail is meticulously planned.
Layout: More Freedom, More Light
To connect the indoor and outdoor areas, we incorporated the balconies into the living space. This allowed us to fill the apartment with natural light and enhance its functionality.
Materials: A Play of Textures
Italian plaster, dark walnut, brass accents, and marble — every element highlights the character of the interior. The warmth of wooden flooring meets the sleek elegance of porcelain stoneware, while the soft cork flooring in the children’s room creates a cozy atmosphere for play.
Color and Lighting: Setting the Mood
Dark tones add depth, while light gray shades maintain a sense of airiness. Thoughtfully designed lighting scenarios shape the atmosphere: warm light for evenings, bright task lighting for work, and soft illumination for relaxation.
Ergonomics and Style
Furniture from Poliform, Minotti, and Rimadesio combines style and functionality. Simple forms meet refined decor: artwork in minimalist frames, mirrors, and metallic-accented textiles complete the look.
