Concept

The design development brief was to tie the interior with the external facades of the house, which had already been designed by a third-party architect.

The interior is done in a calm color scheme with contrasting elements.

Kitchen-living room

The living room is very spacious and filled with air due to the second light and transparent pendant lights. Sofa group: Minotti. Together with the customers, we selected graphite upholstery with a noble green undertone.

The central composition of the living room is a monolithic spiral staircase with lighting.

From the living room area, we smoothly flow into the kitchen and dining area.

Hall

Guest bathroom

For the guest bathroom, the customers set the task of creating an unusual design while planning enough storage space.

The material that fascinates with its texture is black porcelain stoneware with a travertine texture. It looks spectacular against the background of calm microcement used as the wall finishing.

The functionality is also thought out to the smallest detail: behind the bathtub and shower there is an open niche in which it is convenient to put flasks with products, and next to the sink there are two MDF cabinets with opening doors and open shelves with lighting.

Bedroom-office

Also, on the first floor there is the bedroom of the eldest daughter, which will later serve as an office for the father of the family.

Parents’ bedroom on the 2nd floor

In the bathroom, we created a contrast of light and dark marble-like porcelain stoneware. The relief tiles also found their reflection in the interior.

Of course, the main point of coziness is the bathtub by the window. And the convenience is the location of the tropical shower and toilet in the "cube," which are separated by a partition in porcelain stoneware.

There are no unnecessary details in the bedroom, only an atmosphere where you can relax and unwind from the hustle and bustle of the day.

Son’s bedroom

The wave behind the headboard is a special element that was created specifically to unite the space of the entire house. The same waves are in the living room on the first floor.

And, of course, it is worth noting the TV, which is hidden in the cabinet in front of the bed. It is raised with the help of a TV lift.
